Performance and safety
Profit from innovative design
Our disinfection platform offers unique functionalities that increase the performance and safety of your disinfection processes. These functionalities range from extreme reliability of the sensors through their membrane design over Heartbeat Technology in the transmitters to obvious status indication by LED illumination in the assembly.
Fast response times
No matter how long the zero chlorine time is, the sensor signal starts immediately after chlorine addition. A new sensor shows the most drastic effect concerning a prolonged response time, the reduction of the T90 time is then gradually reduced depending on no chlorine duration. The second addition for all sensors is similar and T90 time is identical.
Low cross sensitivities
All disinfectants are strong oxidants. They are often gases dissolved in a medium. To achieve a high specificity for a certain disinfectant, the sensors feature various technological properties. The core part of is the sensor membrane in combination with the electrolyte and the electrodes. They ensure that the sensors show very low cross sensitivities especially when compared to open cell sensors.
Heartbeat Technology
Finding the optimal maintenance interval of a disinfection measuring point is not easy. Heartbeat Technology offers you the possibility to perform your maintenance precisely and look after the measuring point well before the condition becomes critical. The electrolyte consumption warning, for example, clearly indicates when you need to refill electrolyte or exchange the sensor's membrane cap. Your measurement is absolutely reliable and your disinfection process stays safe.
Operating status at a glance
The new Flowfit CYA27 assembly features a status indication light that enables easy identification of the operating status of the measuring point through the use of different colors. The indication light can be used to reflect the status of the flow switch, i.e. show a red light if the flow through the assembly is too low. It can also be connected to the alarm relay of the transmitter to indicate the NAMUR status of the measuring point.
