Drinking water panels
Waterworks have to make sure that exactly the right amount of disinfectant is dose to provide clean and safe water. Our monitoring panels have been developed specifically for drinking water production and combine disinfection, pH, conductivity and oxygen measuring points in the smallest space. The transmitter serves four sensors simultaneously and the assembly with its low flow requirements ensures that measurement runs reliably and uses as little water as possible.
Cooling water panels
The cooling medium is often service or surface water. In these instances, a disinfecting agent is typically added to the coolant in order to avoid bacterial lawns from forming in the cooler lines. it is also desirable to measure the turbidity of the cooling medium in order to determine the necessary treatment of the coolant. Our water panels integrate all of the relevant parameters and, thanks to their special geometry, ensure that all sensors are subjected to optimum levels of flow.
Process water panels
Compact analysis panels for reliable monitoring of process water need to be easily and space-savingly integrated in your existing infrastructure. The modular principle of our panels enables easy adaption to your individual needs. These panels are optimized for cleanability or even automated cleaning to keep the operating effort as low as possible. They are also available with all common fieldbus protocols for seamless integration into your communication network.
Clorious2 chlorine dioxide generator
The Clorious2 generator is the first continuous chlorine dioxide generator to employ the chlorite peroxodisulfate process. The accepted process has been modified and adapted to suit a modern reaction control. This patented production method guarantees that educts are fully converted – without the
use of any hydrochloric acid or free available chlorine (Cl2, OCl-, HOCl). This produces a stable, ultra-pure and ready-to-use chlorine dioxide solution.
